Hipchik Online Store Return Guidelines
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Hipchik purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price.
To return your purchased item, please follow these steps:
We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. Should you have any questions, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject heading of ONLINE RETURN: INQUIRY – [ORDER NUMBER].
Incorrect or Defective Item:
If we have shipped the incorrect order or defective item, please email email@example.com with subject heading of ONLINE ORDER: INCORRECT ITEM (or) DEFECTIVE ITEM, detailing what is incorrect or defective along with a picture of the piece. They will provide further instruction on how to return. Please e-mail us and return the incorrect or defective item within 7 days of receive date.
