REFUND POLICY

Sale items are non refundable. Clearance items are final sale.

Hipchik Online Store Return Guidelines

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your full price  Hipchik purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price.

To return your full price purchased item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@hipchik.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase to request a Return Number
  2. Ship your Return within 7 days of the receive date to Hipchik Home, 381 Main St Armonk New York US 10504.
  3. Make sure your Return purchase is in its original condition, without physical damages and alterations
  4. Fully protect your Return item with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue, etc. and enclose in a size appropriate box or envelope
  5. Custom orders are final and non returnable.
  6. Jewelry is non returnable.
  7. All Sale items are final .
  8. Sample sale items are final sale .

 We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. Should you have any questions, please e-mail us at info@hipchik.com, with the subject heading of ONLINE RETURN: INQUIRY – [ORDER NUMBER].

Incorrect or Defective Item:

If we have shipped the incorrect order or defective item, please email info@hipchik.com with subject heading of ONLINE ORDER: INCORRECT ITEM (or) DEFECTIVE ITEM, detailing what is incorrect or defective along with a picture of the piece. They will provide further instruction on how to return. Please e-mail us and return the incorrect or defective item within 7 days of receive date.
