Returns & Exchanges
Full-price home items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. Once approved, please send the item back to receive your refund.
Any approved return sent back after 7 days will be issued as store credit only. Please send tracking information once your return is shipped so we can note it is in transit.

We do not offer refunds on these categories due to the nature of the products, sizing, and customization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return a Full-Price Item for a Refund
Ready to send something back? It's easy!
- Get Your Return Number: Email us at info@hipchik.com within 7 days of receiving your item to request a Return Number. This number is essential for a smooth process! Return within 5 days or item will. ot be accepted

Ship It Back: Send your item to us within 7 days of its receipt date. Our address is: Hipchik Home, 495 Main St Suite 208, Armonk, New York, US 10504.
- Pro Tip: Please write your Return Number clearly on the outside of the box!
- Original Condition is Key: The item must be in its original condition, with no physical damages or alterations.
- Pack It Safely: Please use bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or tissue to protect your item during transit.
- If you need us to create a return label, we could send you one and deduct the amount from the refund .
- Acrylic products returned will have a 20% restocking fee.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
A Friendly Heads-Up: Returns sent without a valid Return Number or prior authorization can't be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense. So, please get that Return Number first!
About Our Unique Custom Orders
We pour our hearts into every custom piece, crafted just for you! These special orders can take up to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the intricate work involved. This includes all embroidery and hand-painted items. We can't guarantee a specific shipping date, but we promise they're worth the wait!
Did We Make a Mistake? (Incorrect or Defective Item)
Oh no! If you received the wrong item or something arrived defective, we are truly sorry. Please email info@hipchik.com within 7 days of receipt. Use "ONLINE ORDER: INCORRECT ITEM" or "DEFECTIVE ITEM" as your subject, and include a brief description and a picture. We'll get back to you with clear instructions to set things right.
